Are your products really Vegan and Natural?

All our products use Plant Based material. We only use certified organic or natural ingredients. All products are sourced from 100% natural plant based materials, plant based derivatives and pure essential oils. There is a very tiny amount of non toxic emulsifiers, thickeners and skin friendly chemicals used in some products which are non toxic as well as Paraben free.

Are your products made by hand?

Yes, all our Skin care products are hand crafted with love, keeping quality and benefits in mind.

Are you Cruelty Free?

Yes, we are 100% cruelty free. We would never condone animal testing and we only use suppliers that are certified cruelty free.

How long do your products last? What is the shelf life?

Our products are truly all-natural we do not add any synthetic preservatives. Our products do have a shelf life of about 8 to 12 months plus. Shelf life can be extended the best by storing our products away from sunlight and in a cool, dry place. In the uncommon case that one of our products that you purchase is not completely fresh please let us know right away.

Where do you get your supplies?

We source our raw ingredients from many locations locally & globally. We love using local suppliers when possible, we are challenged to find organic suppliers so we use multiple companies to fulfill our needs.

Why does your pricing fluctuate?

We source our raw ingredients globally. Sometimes due to customs, shortage of resources and reduced production the cost of material we use increases which in turn increase the product cost. We try our best to keep the overall cost as retail friendly as possible without compromising on quality.

How long will it take to get my products?

We ship our orders within 48 hours IF ORDER IS PLACED MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. (Excluding Holidays) However, because our products are all handmade sometimes our production process takes a bit longer. Including time spent in shipping most orders are received within 5-7 days from ordering (within Pakistan). If it takes a bit longer we will let you know! If you need to rush your order let us know and we are happy to work with you.

Who formulates your products, how are they created?

We have created all our formulations from scratch, we began in 2015 with the formulas. All formulas are released after testing and 100% satisfaction.

Are your products harmful?

No our products are not harmful but are for topical use only and should not be ingested. Keep away from Children and avoid getting into eyes or mouth.

How to use Face Oils?

Take a couple of drops as per your skin type (less for oily, more for dry), preferably two to three drops. You shouldn’t be rubbing the oils into your skin like you would a moisturizer. Instead, dab or pat the oils, pushing them into your pores, rather than just sliding them around on the skin’s surface. This will help your skin absorb the oil and make use of its benefits much quicker.

  • The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment no, but we are planning to in the near future. We apologize for this inconvenience.

What are General Shipping Rates? Zones within Pakistan

These rates are for Packages under 0.5 Kgs (If you order for more than 1 Kg rates will increase) :

Shipping Rates for Zone A cities: Rs.220 – Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Karachi, Lahore, Larkana, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Rahimyar Khan, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sialkot, Sukkar, Wah.

Shipping Rates for Zone B cities: Rs.250 – Other cities in Pakistan, not falling under Zone A (please note that the general flat rate is 200 on the website so additional 50 rupees will be added to Zone B Customers)

Returns & Refunds?

Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been processed for shipping. This charge is used to cover our fees incurred by processing electronic payments.

Due to the handmade, fresh nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the freshness and potency of our products. However, we want you to love your products as much as we do, so if you are unsatisfied in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we will find an agreeable solution.

How do I order online?

  1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting a product and quantity, choose “add to cart.”
  2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping cart, where you can click on “continue shopping” or “checkout.”
  3. When you press “check out” simply log in to your account (if you have one) or fill out the required shipping and billing information and press “submit order”.
  4. We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days; you get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfers, Kwick Pay and COD at the moment. COD is not available on orders above pkr.5,000 in order to secure from online scams and frauds. We do not accept COD for our Crystals, Gemstones and Services. Full Advance is required for those.

I haven’t received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?

Please send an email to info@whimsybeautycares.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.
